• Grant timely access to QuickBooks Online and other necessary systems.

• Respond to requests for information by agreed deadlines.

3. Confidentiality
We keep all business and financial information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering services.

4. QuickBooks Use
We perform services using QuickBooks Online. By working with us, you agree to also comply with QuickBooks’ Terms of Service.

5. Payments
Payments are due as stated in your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
